Joe showed me this great book called Typeface as Program by ECAL University of Art and Design Lausanne.

It is particularly interesting not because of its specific subject matter, which is about how computer programs can be used to make typefaces but more because of the way the typefaces are presented.

Lots of really playful and innovative ways have of displaying them have been used to show off the letter forms. One section is of a whole set of posters that have been photographed and displayed as spreads.
